At the time of completion, the 156,000 sf office building was the largest mass timber building in North America. The structure consists of cross-laminated timber (CLT) and glulam beam floors supported by glulam columns with a steel buckling-restrained braced frame seismic lateral system. The building has received the WoodWork’s 2020 U.S. Design Award Winner for Jury’s Choice. The First Tech Federal Credit Union, Oregon Corporate Office was also named one of ENR’s 2019 Best of the Best winners.
