Project Description

This five-story, 150,000 sf, flying-wedge shaped hybrid steel and wood framed office building is the largest of its type in the United States. The structure consists of heavy timber fire resistance rated post and beam structure and a cross laminated (CLT) floor system. The decking is supported by glue laminated wood beams and girders which are supported by glue laminated wood columns. Lateral force resistance is provided by steel buckling restrained braced frames.
