Project Description

The project site’s original structure sustained extensive fire damage, which left only the exterior concrete walls standing. The owner wanted to utilize the remaining walls as a parking enclosure.
To preserve the existing walls, they were reinforced with structural steel braces and interconnected, becoming a permanent feature of the property.
