Project Description

Named for a comic book issue set in the St. Johns neighborhood, this new four-story industrial-modern style apartment building with residential and live/work units took shape quickly. The building includes retail on the ground level and basement parking. Built largely from local materials, the building is designed to pay homage to the copper spires of the nearby historic St Johns suspension bridge. Marvel 29 received an Excellence in Concrete Award and is LEED Platinum certified.
